A highlight of the conference will be the annual service dinner which will be held in the senior officer’s mess at HMS Collingwood on Thursday 29 April 2010, 19h15 for 20h00. Delegates are reminded that spouses and guests are very welcome to attend.
The dress code for dinner will be 2B [mess kit] with decorations for serving officers, whilst guests and accompanying others are requested to wear black tie tuxedo or equivalent. You can purchase tickets for the annual dinner when you register online for the meeting.
There will be welcome drinks served on arrival and wine with the evening meal. There will also be a cash bar in operation. A shuttle service will be available between the conference’s official nominated hotel Holiday Inn Fareham-Solent and HMS Collingwood.
