For 2010, Military Surgery Conference is delighted to be able to announce a new Travelling Fellowship Award, established in honour of Surgeon Vice-Admiral Ian Jenkins RN. This prestigious Fellowship is available by open competition to British military medical personnel and the successful applicant will be presented with the award at the conference dinner.

In addition, Military Surgery Conference has commissioned a medal, which is being struck by Spink in London. This medal, named to commemorate Richard Wiseman, will be awarded to the presenter of the best oral presentation at our forthcoming conference. A generous monetary prize, sponsored by the Military Surgical Society, is also available for the best poster presentation at the meeting.
