All accommodation reservations are the responsibility of each individual delegate registered to attend the 2010 Military Surgery Conference.

Due to the size of the conference, military accommodation for serving British personnel is likely to be in short supply, delegates are encouraged to book early.  Please contact the Travel Cell of your Unit’s administrative office to secure military accommodation.

If you are unable to use military accommodation, for whatever reason, you may wish to inform your Travel Cell that the Conference Secretariat has negotiated a preferential rate with the conference’s official nominated hotel the Holiday Inn Fareham-Solent.

The preferential rate of £85.00 per room per night is based on single occupancy, with a £10.00 supplement for double occupancy, available to all delegates. Rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast, free use of the health club, swimming pool and also include VAT.

Bookings must be made with the directly with the hotel’s in-house reservations office on telephone + 44 (0)1329 443 015/6.  When making your reservation with the hotel’s in-house reservations office, please quote the conference’s unique reference: CLL.  

There will be a morning and evening return shuttle service between the conference hotel, the Holiday Inn Fareham-Solent to the conference venue, HMS Collingwood for all international delegates and those without cars. The hotel is only 10 minutes drive [4.4miles] from the HMS Collingwood.
